Northern Ontario Labour Force Retention and Attraction in a Post-pandemic, Digital Economy. The SSHRC awarded an insight development grant of $72,139 for the 2023-2024 period.  This is a collaborative research project involving researchers from Algoma university, Laurentian University, Lakehead University, and Nipissing University
